Family owned and operated Model Cleaners is the leading provider of dry cleaning services in the tri-state market area.  We are seeking a Social & Digital Marketing Manager for the Model Cleaners and The Fussy Cleaners brands.  The two companies operate 26 stores, 3 central processing plants and 14 pick-up and delivery routes serving thousands of customers in southwestern Pennsylvania, northeastern Ohio and West Virginia. 

Job Description:
The Social & Digital Marketing Manager creates and manages digital media for the Model Cleaners and Fussy Cleaners brands through social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and digital advertising.  Designs and implements content strategies, creates relevant social content, optimizes web site exposure, encourages community participation and develops thought leadership. Identifies target audiences, increases brand awareness and creates excitement for our services through a variety of social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
Execute social media marketing promotion, engagement and conversion strategies that drive brand awareness on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. while enhancing brand identity. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of SEO practices. Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video and written). Provide content and monitoring to key social media outlets. Develop and present ideas for pitches, events, promotions and social media campaigns. Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts. Seek new social media platforms and technology opportunities and stay at the forefront of social media trends and channels. Organize and produce inbound engagement recap. Become and advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor degree and relevant experience in public relations, marketing, communications, English, journalism or other related field. 3 or more years experience managing social pages in a corporate environment or for a brand. Capable of working independently while also coordinating within a team environment. Experience with web site analytics. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Experience with software for creating web content. Experience gathering, interpreting, researching, optimizing and marketing SEO data. Passion for social media and emerging technologies. 
Graphic Design experience and knowledge of Photoshop a plus, but not required.
